Order acceptance and completion of the contract occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. • All payments must be made at the time of ordering (unless Cash on Delivery is selected) • We accept the payment methods listed on our Delivery & Payment page • Orders may be subject to verification and fraud checks • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

Please note: • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our return conditions. Key points: • 14-day return period from the date of delivery • Items must be in original, unused condition • Certain items are non-returnable (see Returns Policy for details) • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
